By moving the body, meditating, or tapping into our creative and intuitive selves, we are able to get out of our heads and away from our challenges, even just for a moment. The more we practice these methods, the better we are able to change our situations or ourselves.
We provide mental health counseling support for children, adults, couples, families and groups. We primarily use nature, activity and project-based approaches to help our clients engage in the counseling process.
